Notes.
Symptoms:
Task manager (taskmgr.exe) taking up high cpu usage. Cannot install McAfee virus scan.
Removed hard drive. connected to external enclosure. Ran NOD32 scan using another computer and enclosure.
Scan found:
F:\WINDOWS\system32\Process.exe - Win32/PrcView application - renamed to F:\WINDOWS\system32\Process.Vexe
F:\WINDOWS\Temp\17AD\NAIUPD.000\scan.dat - probably unknown SCRIPT virus [7] - renamed to F:\WINDOWS\Temp\17AD\NAIUPD.000\scan.Vdat
Put hard drive back in. Turned on computer. No issue.
